Welcome to the daily planning section of the Academy. This section is all about what you do on a day-to-day basis AND for the long-term.
The Guided Workouts (Daily Plans)
Below you will see two ‘guided’ daily workouts as well as a variety of specific plans you can use to suit you. You do not have to do the guided workouts or follow a specific daily practice plan as laid out below, but I do recommend you do so. These are designed to give you an exact practice routine. They’re short and focused workouts that I recommend you do as much as possible.
Progress Pathways (Long-Term Plans)
For help with structuring a practice routine each day, this section is for you. There are a few options to suit each personality type. On the links below are three plans you can use to help create your own roadmap and there is also a done-for-you 30 day plan. Take a look, then choose one, and give it your best. Planning is powerful!
