Welcome to the daily planning section of the Academy. This section is all about what you do on a day-to-day basis.
Below you will see two ‘guided’ daily workouts as well as a variety of specific plans you can use to suit you. You do not have to do the guided workouts or follow a specific daily practice plan as laid out below, but I do recommend you do so.
The Guided Daily Workouts
These are designed to give you an exact practice routine. They’re short and focused workouts that I recommend you do as much as possible.
For help with structuring a practice routine each day, this section is for you. There are a few options to suit each personality type.
Remember, this page is all about your short-term day-to-day plans. If you want more help with your long-term goals, then check out the “5-Star” Award. That will give you clarity for the long term.
