1. How to Find Your Courses
There are two ways to access your courses and lessons, and these are below:
Tip: Most students use 'My Courses' for structured learning and 'My Library' for fast access.
2. Resetting Your Password or Updating Details
If you forget your password, use “Forgot Password” on the login page.
3. Video Playback Issues
We use a hosting site called Vimeo for all our videos. If a video will not play, please try the following:
If Vimeo is having temporary issues, it usually resolves quickly. You can check the Vimeo status for issues HERE.

4. Downloading Course Materials
Some materials can be downloaded. Others are view-only.
You may request a download by emailing support with the subject:
'Download request'
Please include the course name in the body of the email.
5. Where to Ask Questions
Technique or playing questions
Post inside the Private Facebook Group. You get free membership to that group for being a student of mine, and you will receive friendly help from other players and often from Dan.
Questions about a specific lesson
Leave a comment under that lesson video.
Technical or billing questions
Use the support form or email us (details below).

7. Common Quick Fixes
Log out and log back in.
Try My Library (number 4 above).
If it still does not appear, contact support.
Refresh the page or lower video quality. See Section 3.
Check the Toolkit section in My Courses or My Library.
Try a different browser.
Older versions of Internet Explorer or old Edge can cause issues.
