“Pull-Offs” are a wonderful technique that will help you add a smooth edge to your playing. They will allow you to create unique melodies, and there are certain things you can only play using pull-offs. Everyone should spend time getting good at them. This is great fun and these ideas will definitely help get you started with incorporating pull-offs into your playing.
I hope you enjoyed this lesson. Pull-offs come under the “legato” umbrella of guitar playing. In Italian, “legato” roughly translates to “smoothly”. Hopefully, you can hear why. For more legato techniques, check out this lesson on hammer-ons. Do leave a comment below and let us know what you think!
